• Starting Info:

• First things first, we cannot enforce anything unless we have EVIDENCE! Take screen shots and record videos and go to our Discord in the #reporting channel to upload them. Having a exact time frame and date as well as the server it happened from is also fine, Having a creditable whiteness is also a plus. 

• Not reading the MOTD (This Page) can and will result in banishment 

• All rules can be enforced with or without prior notice (Ban or kick with no warning)  

• By Clicking Out Of this Message of the day box your agreeing that you have read our server guidelines and / are willing to comply with our server policy and that you may be subjected to punishment (With or Without Warning) if the policy is violated..

• Simple Don'ts 

  1. Don't spam, whether it is prop spam or text / voice chat spam, 

  2. Don't Obstruct Server Game play (Prop blocking, prop pushing and derailing people with intention)

  3. Don't run high entity objects Especially that aren't prop to meshed (Steamers) if there are more then 5 people on the server 

  4. Don't ignore staff or pretend to ignore staff 

  5. Don't accuse others of an issue with no proof of such issue

  6. Don't run more then the car limit (Read car limit rules) 

  7. Don't Post Gore, Lewd, and Porn of any form

  8. Don't Ask For Dupes 

  9. Don't make reports w/o evidence  

  10. Don't pester and persist to annoy others (Harassment) 

  11. Don't push arguments further

  12. Don't use a mental disability to justify poor behavior

  13. Don't shove your microphone into a black hole  

• Simple Do's

  1. Do Pay Attention to signals, staff, other members of the server 

  2. Do Be Pollute 

  3. Do use a mindful mouth

  4. Do run on the right hand side

  5. Do parent your stuff

  6. Do use common sense

  7. Do Include evidence of a player report (the f12 key exists)

  8. Do use your Ears, Eyes, And Brain,

  9. Do ask for help if your confused on something (Rules, Building, E2, ECT)

  10. Do use your mic as a normal human being 

• Further info / misc. rules 

  1. Player harassment / Drama is not tolerated (includes talking about those who are banned from here)

  2. Have a mindful mouth, a smart mind is better then a smart ass, don't act on bad thoughts.

  3. TS200 Syncs banns with other 95% servers, Your behavior here will impact your outlook elsewhere 

  4. If your dupe wasn't stolen here we will not enforce punishment. (Depending on Circumstances) 

  5. No sexual RP in Chat both discord and in game

  6. Server Staff and Members have the right to record Game play for quality purposes and for further staff training. This footage can be public posted at the recorders description as proof of administrative / member abuse or used to show the quality of the server. (This Includes Taking Screen shots and Videos for Stuff like the Loading Screen and, How not to Train Build Videos)

  7. Server Members are just as Important as Staff, members have the right to make player based votes to judge stuff along the lines of City R/P, Simulated Runaways, Ect, WITH the approval with the majority of the server 

  8. False Abuse Claims Are not Tolerated.

  9. Staff Have the Right to Increase Punishments if there being - lied to, Harassed by that person, The person isn't learning there lesson, and If the person is making Claims with No Evidence to support the Point there's trying to mark.

• Running Rules​

  1. If you or someone derails you accidently you are to blame if you don't have FBD (Unless proven that it was intentional by said person) 

  2.  Obey all signals and Dispatch (if online) 

  3. Announce departures of a yard to the main

  4. if your unsure of a false signal check the block or ask if someone is there before continuing 

  5. Keep your distance (1 Signal block) from other running consists

• Car / engine limits ​

  1. Staff have the final say over Car / engine limits 

  2. If there's over 10 people, 1 engine 10 cars  

  3. Unless P2M (prop to messed) Steamers are not allowed past 5 people ​

  4. Detail on consists must be to a minimum with more then 10 people

  5. Dummy units are still counted as units if the detail and entity counts are high on it, Regardless if there powered or not
